By submitting your details to BWCA you agree that:

1) We may store and process your personal data

2) We may allow carefully selected companies to occassionally send you information on products and services that may be of interest to you.

BWCA Course Terms & Conditions

All course fees include refreshments, a light lunch, course materials and certification. (If you have any special dietary needs or other requirements, please notify our training co-ordinator in advance of your course so that we can make any necessary arrangements).

The British Window Cleaning Academy reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and/or change venues at short notice

Payment:
Full payment for the course must be received 14 days prior to the course date. (Your space on the course can not be guaranteed, unless full payment has been made).

All fees are correct at time of printing. However, we reserve the right to amend fees, where appropriate.

Transfers:
If you wish to transfer to a different course date/venue, you will not be charged for this. (You must inform us at least 7 days prior to the course date if you wish to transfer).

Cancellations:
No one wants to have to cancel, however sometimes circumstances are beyond your control.
Although we will do everything within our ability to help you in the unfortunate event that you need to cancel, there needs to be an agreed 'Cancellation Policy'
Here's how ours works:

Cancellations must be made by phone, email or in writing 10 days prior to the course date.

• Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the course will incur the FULL course charge
• Failure to attend the course will incur the FULL course charge

BWCA reserves the right to request/retain full amount for any No Shows (where the candidate does not show up for the course)

Cancellation by us because of events beyond our control:
Where BWCA cancels a course, all candidates will be informed of cancellation by phone & letter giving a minimum of one weeks notice. Candidates with confirmed bookings on that course will be offered alternative dates. If none can be provided then a full refund will be given.

BWCA will not be liable for any losses or expenses, arising from any such alterations or amendments to the programme content and schedule including cancellation.

Course Content:
BWCA reserves the right to alter or amend the advertised content of any course without notice in order to continuously provide a high quality service or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Course Changes:
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise you as soon as this change is known. We will endeavour to avoid changes of this nature. When this is unavoidable we will refund in full all monies paid by you, or at your option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative course.
